Stunning purple embroidered thistles are all over this 1950s dress which is totally, utterly and unbelievably stunning.

Fully repaired and restored, this dress is a beautiful addition to any collection. Made of a fresh white polished cotton, fully lined and featuring embroidered thistles in the most stunning shade of purple and green. Her bodice is boned which keeps everything in place and maintains her perfect shape.

She has a piped waistline and is trimmed with an amazing purple matching trim which gives an elegant soft bust line shape to the front and continues to the back of the dress where it cascades into long tails which can be worn draped or as a shawl over the shoulders. Her centre back zip has been repaired and functions perfectly and she has a sweet piping tie which ties up at the back.

One of the most amazing and wearable pieces that I have ever seen. She has no flaws or faults, is in perfect condition and is fresh and ready to wear. Her label is “De Pinnan Fifth Avenue New York”. Needless to say this is a very special piece.
