EXQUISITE SOFT PINK Lilli Ann Skirt suit, this gorgeous set is a silk mohair blend and comes from the 1955 Lilli Ann collection and was featured in advertising. The oversized collar is dramatic and sits up on its own as it has discreet seams to the back of the neck. The jacket fastens to the front with two jewel type buttons, and the jacket has an elaborate and oversized peplum which is incredibly striking.

The skirt is a slim, simple and elegant style with a centre kick pleat to the back.

This suit has been freshly dry cleaned and is ready to wear.

Flaws/Faults/Repairs

When this beauty was found she had been converted to a single breasted jacket with 80s button fastening. She has been returned to her original double breasted design and her buttons have been replaced with 1950s vintage buttons however these are not original to the suit. The inner button hole on the jacket is very slightly frayed, this does not impact wearability.
The jacket has some mild underarm discolouration which is only visible on the lining.
The skirt has been relined in a matching coloured lining. Her skirt zipper and button are not original to the skirt but are authentic from the era.
