AS SEEN IN LILLI ANN ADVERTISING and as worn by Dorian Leigh in Harpers Bazaar this incredible jacket and skirt suit by Lilli Ann is a highly collectible set, not seen often.

In a deep, dark black with a collar beaded in small white beads, she fastens to the front with three covered buttons and a hidden hook and eye. The jacket itself is fitted with a slight peplum and a straight sleeve with an exaggerated oversized collar and cuff which is also beaded to match the collar.

The fabric itself appears to be a wool or wool silk blend.

The skirt is a slim line and has a kick pleat to the rear, she fastens to the side with a metal zipper and button.

Flaws/Faults/Repairs
The jacket is flawless and has no issues at all. The skirt has previously been altered it appears that someone has removed the waist band and reattached it though this seems to have been done professionally. The skirt has been made shorter by a previous owner but now returned to her original length therefore the hem allowance on the skirt is small.
The skirt would have previously been partially lined however the lining has been removed by a previous owner. The button fastening on the skirt is not original.
