LILLI ANN soft light grey 1940s military influenced skirt suit. This divine suit is a light to medium weight wool possibly a cashmere blend. She fastens to the front of the jacket with her six original covered buttons and she has a defined structural design with angular shapes and is very reminiscent of and clearly influenced by military attire in the 1940s.
The jacket is fully lined in a soft rose coloured silk lining and the skirt is partially lined in the same lining

Flaws/Faults/Repairs
This gorgeous Lilli has some underarm discolouration in the lining both sides which is not visible from the outside she also has a small area of seam separation in the lining jacket as well but this is minor and does not affect wear.
Her jacket has a small moth hole repair which is very hard to see on her left shoulder area. She has an unrepaired larger moth hole to the rear on the shoulder which is not easy to see as the underside of the hole is the same colour as the fabric. I do not believe this is significant.
