DEEP BURGUNDY wool and black velvet Lilli Ann jacket from the 1940s. This gorgeous jacket is a wonderful representation of Lilli Ann from this era. Clearly influenced by military dress, this jacket has amazing structure, with defined, strong and angular shoulder pads, a simple collar and a faux slit pocket on the upper left bust and on the right hip with buttonhole placard. She fastens to the front with matching black buttons and she has the same faux slit pocket and placard on each sleeve. She is a deep burgundy in real life (showing as slightly lighter in these photos), she is fully lined in a matching satin and has her union label intact, her underarms are also clean. She has been freshly dry cleaned and is ready to wear.
