SPECIAL NOTE ON SHIPPING DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC
During the COVID-19 pandemic, many international borders have closed and postage of mail and parcels is taking significantly longer than usual.
Standard shipping with tracking normally takes around 1-2 weeks from Australia to USA/UK/Europe/Asia/Pacific, please anticipate that this will likely take longer than this, particularly to Canada and Europe.
Express shipping to these destinations is currently slightly faster however is not consistently available.
Domestic shipping within Australia is taking around 1-2 weeks, but please allow longer to VIC, WA, QLD and SA.
If you require your item urgently please connect with me directly, FedEx may be an option however is significantly more expensive than regular post.

Announcement: Blue Wren Vintage has gone green!
From 1 June 2020, all items shipped from Blue Wren Vintage will be shipped using fully recyclable and/or biodegradable materials. This means all of our packaging has been carefully chosen to minimise the impact on the environment.
All items are carefully wrapped in acid free tissue paper which can be used to carefully protect your vintage pieces when being stored or packed. If you do not want to use this to protect your garments, please put it into the recycling bin.
Items are posted in either a biodegradable zip lock bag, or wrapped in biodegradable plastic. Any tape used in the packaging is also fully biodegradable and any cards are fully recyclable.
Depending on the garment it will be shipped in either a fully biodegradable satchel or a cardboard box. We endeavour to source cardboard boxes from sustainable forests only or made from recycled materials.
Biodegradable products may be recycled for reuse or disposed of in your compost or in regular rubbish where they will break down much faster than regular plastic (on average around 3-6 months).
All items are shipped with tracking which includes AU$50 of insurance. We endeavour to use Sendle as our shipping method wherever possible as they purchase carbon offsets for all items shipped and are fully carbon neutral.
Express shipping and/or additional insurance is available for extra cost.
Items may be shipped in a box upon request, however this may result in extra shipping costs.
Blue Wren Vintage does not ship to Italy or Germany.

Customs declarations are completed accurately based on the price paid for the item.
