SNUGGLY AND WARM is this most beautiful soft pure cashmere cardigan by Dalton with the fluffiest of fluffy matching removable fox fur trim. Dalton was known in the 1950s as one of the finest makers of cashmere cardigans  This particular cardigan was found with several small moth bites but these have all been repaired (see photos) and these repairs do not detract at all from her beauty  

The fox collar appears original and fastens with snaps so it can be removed for cleaning  The fox collar is in very nice condition with no evidence of fur loss , shedding or drying. There is some yellowing to the fur just at the back of the neck but this cannot be seen when worn (see photos). 

The cardigan fastens to the front with two hook and eye and a faux pearl encrusted clasp, all of the pearls are in tact the clasp has been fully restored

Flaws/Faults/Repairs

The cardigan has had approx 5 small moth holes which have all been repaired. You may not be able to see or find these repairs, however they are shown in close up. 
The cardigan features two pearl buttons on the sleeve, one of the pearl buttons is a different surrounding colour to the others but this is not obvious unless looking closely. 
The fur at the back of the neck area appears more yellow, this cannot be seen when worn.
